We have a QA Team team with set formulae for measuring performance, quality checks at various levels including post-production level.

Our QA team ensures that output from MTs is more than 90% and post editing as 98.5%. Proofers further strengthen sentence construction, QA double assures in case of some accounts. Further, we have Softwares, which help us ensuring the accuracy we commit:

• Additional dictionary package add all the sound alike words in its database. The software highlights all the words in red, thus making the proofers to pay more attention on such words.
• Repetitive words Software ensures the correctness of Audit trails, Page Two, Genders, Page numbers etc. QA team rates and records the accuracy of each file.
• Only dictionaries are given to all the working stations which improves their capabilities in searching proper nouns and clarifying their other doubts.
